About SwapBackdrop
SwapBackdrop helps product sellers, adult creators and small teams remove a video background once and export different backdrops and frames.
What we build
SwapBackdrop is a browser-based video background changer for existing footage. Remove a background once, then choose static backdrops, adjust scale and position, and export separate MP4 versions.
Who it is for
Product sellers, adult creators and small marketing teams preparing short clips for different placements. Portrait 9:16 suits vertical placements, square 1:1 suits square feeds, and landscape 16:9 suits presentations and widescreen video. Always check the destination platform’s current requirements.
How processing works
File checks and supported local composition run on your device. Cloud background removal requires a paid processing credit and uploads the source after confirmation. Supported clips are up to 15 seconds, 30 fps and 200 MiB; output is SDR MP4 up to Full HD.
Our limits
Cutout quality depends on the source. Review the whole result, including movement and supported audio. We do not supply manual retouching, timeline editing or a guarantee of perfect separation. Project files share a seven-day expiry from upload; download outputs before expiry.
Maintenance and corrections
SwapBackdrop maintains this website and its product documentation. Report inaccurate guidance, processing failures or billing issues through Contact support. We review reports against the current implementation; no response-time guarantee is included.

Where can I check publishing requirements?
SwapBackdrop exports MP4 files in vertical, square and widescreen frames. Check the destination’s current specifications before posting: YouTube upload encoding guidelines and YouTube Shorts requirements. These sources describe destination requirements; they do not certify cutout quality.
