SIMPLE, SOURCE-BASED ALLOWANCES
Choose a one-time pack for a project or a monthly plan for regular work. One credit processes one supported source video.

One credit covers cloud processing of one supported source version, not each MP4. Changing the source or its processing settings may require new processing and another credit; confirm the allowance before submitting. Clips longer than 15 seconds are not offered in the initial plan.
Choose one static PNG or JPEG backdrop or a solid color, then one supported frame. Export one version at a time. Paid exports do not add a SwapBackdrop watermark. Do not remove another person’s watermark or required disclosure. Manual repair and per-order human quality checks are not included.
Local checks do not use credits. One credit is reserved when the cloud job is accepted, then used when a usable cutout is validated. A saved MP4 is a later step. A cloud failure or unusable cutout releases or returns that job’s credit once, after the job is reconciled.
Each output has an initial attempt and one eligible retry that you choose. Reading the cutout also allows two total attempts per session. Invalid input, unusable cutouts and repeated memory failures are not retried with the same setup. An eligible retry using the same valid cutout does not use another source credit. If both save attempts fail, contact support. The job and records are reviewed for a limited credit return or other applicable remedy; a browser error does not automatically add credits.
Canceling before the job is accepted does not use a credit. After cloud submission, a request to stop may not stop the provider. If no usable cutout is produced, the failure rules apply. If a valid cutout is already available, the credit is generally used; contact support about your circumstances. Mandatory legal rights still apply.
Unused one-time credits have no scheduled expiry. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid billing period. This does not promise perpetual service or permanent project recovery. Source files and usable cutouts share a deadline, up to seven days from upload; creating or exporting a cutout does not extend it. Unassociated uploads are kept up to one day. Provider copies have separate controls and deadlines. Do not rely on project history as a permanent file archive.
Processing-credit returns and payment refunds are different. Contact support about duplicate charges, unused balances, failed jobs or a statutory cancellation or refund request. No additional voluntary cash-refund guarantee is offered. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected. Buying credits or beginning processing does not by itself waive those rights.
Payment buys processing, not licenses for footage, people, music, backdrops or ads. This video will be uploaded for cloud background removal using our cloud processing service. The upload may include audio. Available local exports are assembled on your device; choosing cloud export sends the selected background and frame for server-side composition.
