What information do we process?
Google sign-in provides a verified account identifier and, when available, a verified email address, name, given and family names, profile-picture URL and language preference. We store these basic profile details to identify and maintain your account. We also record registration time for new accounts, successful login times and counts from the start of login tracking. Reading or refreshing your existing session does not count as another login. We do not store your Google password or retain Google ID/access tokens as profile data, and we do not send profile details to our analytics providers. We process the videos you choose to upload, job and export records, processing-credit balances, payment references and limited service/security logs. Our payment providers handle payment details; we do not receive full card numbers. Browser file checks and background previews can happen locally.
Cloud processing and fal.ai.
Starting cloud background removal sends your video, which may include sound and its original surroundings, to our infrastructure and fal.ai. Generated files at fal.ai may be accessible without sign-in to anyone who has their URLs. We request limited retention and reduced request-content storage, but provider retention, access controls and deletion timing are not yet confirmed. Do not submit confidential or sensitive footage. This processing may involve infrastructure outside your country. We do not use your footage to train our own models or advertise our service.
How long do we keep your videos?
Source videos and cutouts in storage we control share a deadline, up to seven days from upload; cloud exports share the project expiry shown in your account. Temporary upload sessions may expire earlier. To reopen local exports, this browser may keep generated MP4 files and their selected background images until project expiry. This cache is limited to 24 versions and 200 MB; older copies may be removed, and browser settings can clear them sooner. Local copies are only available on the browser that saved them. Project records include the original file name and duration. Expired access is revoked and cleanup is scheduled. Deleting a project disables access and schedules removal of files we control; it does not erase copies already downloaded, and does not guarantee immediate deletion from fal.ai. Contact support for provider deletion follow-up. Billing and security records may be retained where needed for accounting, disputes, abuse prevention or legal obligations. One-time credits have no scheduled expiry; unused monthly credits expire each billing period. Both are separate from video retention.
Service providers.
Cloudflare provides application delivery, private storage and video processing infrastructure. Google provides sign-in, including its browser-supported FedCM flow. fal.ai performs requested background removal. Stripe is our default payment channel; Creem and PayPal are alternative integrations when enabled. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.
How do cookies and browser storage work?
We use essential session cookies and browser storage for login, upload recovery, checkout recovery, preferences and local drafts. Optional analytics cookies are separate from essential functionality. Closing the page can interrupt local work and does not cancel a task already submitted to the cloud.
How is website usage measured?
Plausible and Ahrefs collect aggregate usage without analytics cookies, including page views, device information and approximate location derived from network requests. Google Analytics runs with analytics and advertising storage denied until you accept optional cookies; limited cookieless measurement may still be sent before consent or after rejection. Accepting enables Google Analytics cookies. Advertising consent remains denied. We measure key actions such as file checks, checkout opening, verified purchase, processing and export completion. Analytics URLs retain only validated campaign tags (UTM parameters); all other query values, project identifiers, private media links and uploaded file details are omitted. Campaign context stays in memory before consent; accepting optional analytics allows a 30-minute campaign record in tab storage and limited purchase deduplication markers for up to 30 days. Withdrawal clears those optional records. A sanitized acquisition snapshot may be saved with a requested checkout for internal conversion reconciliation; we do not send account names or emails to these services. The providers receive network information such as IP addresses when requests are made and apply their own privacy policies. You can accept or reject optional cookies in the banner, and change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. Rejecting removes our Google Analytics cookies but does not disable essential storage or cookie-free aggregate measurement. Browser blocking and network failures may prevent measurement.
How can you control your information?
You can choose not to upload, delete available projects, clear local browser drafts, and contact support for account access or deletion requests. We may verify account ownership before responding. We do not promise that a local draft survives every browser or device failure.
Eligibility and content.
The service is for adults. If people appear, they must be adults whose age and permissions you can confirm. Do not upload children's footage, sensitive material or content you lack permission to process. Google sign-in does not verify age or footage rights.

Temporary browser draft.
We keep one selected video and its processing choices in essential browser storage to restore it after Google sign-in or checkout, for up to 24 hours. It is not uploaded by this storage step. Replacing or removing the selected file, or submitting its processing job, clears the draft. You may also clear it using your browser’s website-data settings. Shared devices may expose a locally saved draft to other users of the same browser.
Where can you read provider privacy information?
Our processing and retention commitments are described above. The providers publish their own information: Google Privacy Policy, fal Privacy Policy, Stripe Privacy Policy, Plausible data policy and Ahrefs Privacy Policy. These links describe third-party services; they do not guarantee deletion of a particular project.
